Route: where we will go

Vladikavkaz - Tbilisi - Kutaisi - Mestia - Batumi - Vardzia - Tbilisi – Vladikavkaz

Day 1. Arriving to Vladikavkaz

Arrival. After lunch, we hold a general meeting with instruction, you receive and check motorcycles. In the evening we go to the restaurant for the welcome diner. We have an option to walk around the city and go to the Banya, Russian Sauna.

Important: to prevent any timing issues, please, make sure your arrival time is not later than 3 p.m.

Day 2. Vladikavkaz – Tbilisi, 200 km

After breakfast we leave for Georgia along the famous Georgian Military Highway. We have lunch in Stepantsminda, place where you can test your off-road skills and climb to the Trinity Church in Gergeti, with a postcard style view of Kazbek. Then along the serpentine roads we rise to the Cross Pass, past colored mineral springs. Immediately after the pass, a beautiful view of the Arch of Friendship of the Peoples of Russia and Georgia opens. We are looking at the confluence of the White and Black Aragvi rivers in Pasanauri. We stop in Tbilisi and take a walk around the city.

Day 3. Tbilisi – Kutaisi, 270 km

In the morning we visit the Stalin Museum in Gori, then along a serpentine road we go to Chiatura, the city of the future from the 50s, with futuristic cable car to manganese mines. We will examine the Katskhi Pillar and stop for the night in Kutaisi, where we will visit the Bagrat Temple.

Highlight of the day: visit the retrofuturistic mining complex

Day 4. Kutaisi – Mestia, 250 km

We start the day by checking into the Inguri hydroelectric station. Then along the mountain serpentines we rise to Svaneti. We'll Stay in Mestia. After lunch we make a hike on the Chalaad glacier or visit the Svan Museum. Svan watchtowers have been preserved in Mestia.

Day 5. Mestia – Batumi, 300 km

We get down from the mountains to the Black Sea. We visit the Dadiani palace in Zugdidi, the church of St. Nicholas in Poti and stop for the night in Batumi.

Day 6. Batumi, rest day

A day without motorbikes. We swim in the sea, breathe fresh air, inspect the city. We visit the botanical garden and the monument of Ali and Nino.

Day 7. Batumi – Vardzia, 230 km

Today we ride by the broken pavement and dirt road, the road Trans-Aggarsky. We ride through the Goderdzi pass to the unique thousand-year-old cave city of Vardzia. On the way we will visit the ancient arched bridges "Dandolo" and "Partyo" and stop at the monastery of Sapara and the fortress of Hertvisi.

Day 8. Vardzia – Tbilisi, 240 km

We will ride past lake Paravani and Tsalka reservoir. There are beaches you can swim. We will go to Dashbashi canyon with amazing waterfalls and serpentine roads. Then we will approach Tbilisi, where we will spend a wonderful evening with a visit to sulfur baths.

Day 9. Tbilisi – Vladikavkaz, 200 km

We return to Russia through the national park "Tbilisi". After Tianeti we visit Ananuri Fortress on the Zhinvali reservoir. In the evening have a farewell dinner.

Day 10. Vladikavkaz, departure
