Join us for a trip to Karelia to see its main attractions. You will visit Vyborg and Valaam, Ruskeala and Kizhi, Solovki and the White Sea-Baltic Canal, and many other interesting places. This tour is a logical update of our classic Moscow-Solovki tour. Now it's even shorter, more intense, and more interesting.

St. Petersburg – Vyborg – Sortavala – Petrozavodsk – Kem – Vytegra – Lodeynoye Pole – St. Petersburg

Day 1. Arrival in St. Petersburg
Group meeting in St. Petersburg. Getting to know the group, discussing the upcoming route, receiving motorcycles, and signing documents.
Day 2. St. Petersburg – Vyborg, 180 km
Morning briefing at the "Motodom" then getting the motorcycles. On the first day, we ride to Vyborg. We'll have lunch there and then visit the Monrepo Landscape Park. After the walk, we return to Vyborg to explore the town, including the recently renovated Olaf's Tower. Dinner at the "Tavern" with medieval-style cuisine and their own homemade ale.
Day 3. Vyborg – Sortavala, 240 km
On the way, we'll see the Raisala Church in the village of Melnikovo and then continue to Sortavala. We stay in the town, and dinner is at the "Kruzhevo" restaurant, which we reach by a short water transfer.
Day 4. Sortavala, rest day (Valaam)
A nearly full-day excursion: a boat trip to Valaam, a tour of the island and the Ladoga Skerries. Optional sauna in the evening.
Day 5. Sortavala – Petrozavodsk, 350 km (Kizhi)
We ride to the capital of the Republic of Karelia. Upon arrival, we immediately board a boat to sail to the unique wooden museum complex of Kizhi, with its ancient houses and churches.
Day 6. Petrozavodsk – Kem, 410 km
We ride to Kem via the Kola highway, making stops at waterfalls. Optionally, you can detour to Belomorsk to see the petroglyphs. In Kem, we visit a wooden chapel featured in the film "The Island."
Day 7. Kem, trip to Solovki
In the morning, we take a boat to Solovki. We spend the whole day on the island with a guide, visiting all the main sites and attractions, returning to the hotel in the evening.
Day 8. Kem – Vytegra, 550 km
We ride to Vytegra, visit the museum inside a submarine, and have dinner on the canal bank in the evening.
Day 9. Vytegra – Lodeynoye Pole, 290 km
We ride from Vytegra to Lodeynoye Pole. Depending on the group's preference, we can ride purely on asphalt or extend the route slightly along partially unpaved roads following the Oyat River. In that case, we can visit the museum of the Oyat River area residents, featuring examples of local antique pottery, and get water from a unique local sulfur spring.
Day 10. Lodeynoye Pole – St. Petersburg, 270 km
We visit Staraya Ladoga. Arrival in St. Petersburg, returning the motorcycles (optional, for those who rented).
